J U D G M E N T
Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order calling for the records relating to Exhibit P3 and quash the same as illegal ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, or order commanding the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P6 objection submitted by the petitioner in the timing conference scheduled to be held on 28-01- 2026 or on any other date, in respect of the timings of the service operated by the 2nd respondent on the route Palakkad Town Bus Stand-NSS Engineering College by stage carriage KL-09-AL-358 iii. To issue such other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case iv. Dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents v. To award the petitioner the cost of this proceedings.
2. In a revision preferred by the 3rd respondent herein against the settlement of timings, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, Ernakulam, in MVARP No.93 of 2025 directed reconsideration. It is submitted that the timing conference for the above purpose is scheduled for 28.01.2026.
