J U D G M E N T
Petitioner, the Kerala State Electricity Board and its officials challenge Ext.P5 order dated 07.10.2024, passed by the Additional District Magistrate, Kollam.
2. Through the impugned order, the ADM found that the stay wire and the post in question were put up in such a manner, preventing the construction of the compound wall of the School, which was necessary to prevent the anti-social elements from entering the School compound. Accordingly, through Ext.P5 order, the ADM found that the post and stay wire had to be removed at the expense of the Board. 3. Earlier, an application was preferred by the School on
26.07.2024 stating that the stay wire of the electric post standing near the gate of the School caused difficulty for the people to walk and that the stay wire was erected in such a manner that it was not possible to increase the height of the wall in the gate area without replacing the stay wire.
4. It is further alleged that the anti-social elements were entering the School, which raises security concerns as well. Thus, taking note of all the above, the ADM directed the Board to shift the post at their expenses. Given the above facts, the School cannot be direct
