JUDGMENT
Dated this the 27th day of January, 2026 The petitioner, who is working as a Peon in a Primary Co-operative Society, has approached this Court seeking the following reliefs:-
“i. Issue a writ of certiorari or other appropriate writs, to quash the intimation published in the website of the 1st respondent rejecting the case of the petitioner as evident from Ext.P10;
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writs, orders or directions commanding the 1st respondent to appropriately include the petitioner in the rank list published pursuant to Ext.P2 notification and issue necessary advice in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice;
iii. Issue a writ to declare that the rejection of the case of the petitioner by the 1st respondent is illegal, irregular and arbitrary.”
2. Standing Counsel representing the 1st respondent submits that the validity of the ranklist has expired on
08.12.2025.
3. In view of the afore development, no reliefs claimed for by the petitioner can be granted at this stage.
The writ petition is hence dismissed.
