JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" i. To Issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider Exhibit.P1 within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court."

2. Petitioner submitted Ext.P1 representation before the
3rd respondent requesting permission to remove the remaining sand outside the property. The Government Pleader submitted that the Revenue Divisional Officer has no power to consider such a representation. I do not want to make any observation. Since Ext.P1 representation is pending before the 3rd respondent, there can be a direction to the 3rd respondent to do the needful in accordance with the law. If the 3rd respondent has no jurisdiction to entertain Ext.P1, the 3rd respondent will inform the same to the petitioner, and the 3rd respondent will also inform the petitioner about the proper authority to whom he has to approach.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions:
1. The 3rd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P1 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this jud
