JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“(i) Call for the records leading to Exhibit.P4 notice dated

25-12-2024 issued by the 2^nd Respondent and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or other writ or order or direction.

(i)(a). Call for the records leading to Exhibit.P9 order dated

13-02-2025 issued by the 2^nd Respondent and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or other writ or order or direction.

(i)(b). Call for the records leading to reference no.5 report dated 07-02-2025 in Exhibit.P9 order dated 13-02-2025 issued by the 2^nd Respondent and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or other writ or order or direction.

(ii) Call for the records leading to the report of the 3^rd Respondent dated 13-12-2024 referred to in Exhibit.P4 notice dated 25-12-2024 and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or other writ or order or direction.

(iii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other writ or order or direction directing Respondents 1 and 2 to serve copies of complaint preferred by Respondents 4 to 6 against the Petitioner and the report of the 3^rd Respondent dated 13-12- 2024, which are referred to in Exhibit.P4 notice dated 25-12-
