JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, direction or order directing the respondents 2 to 5 to act upon the complaints lodged by the 2nd petitioner against the illegal conversion of Paddy and Wet Land by the 6th respondent in Sy. No. 339/4, 339/5, 341/1 of Athirampuzha Village with T.P No. 17331, owned and occupied by him without obtaining any permission and to initiate the appropriate legal proceedings against the 6th respondent in accordance with law within a period of time as fixed by this Hon’ble Court.
ii. Direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders to remove the illegally unloaded gravel in the Paddy and Wet Land owned by the 6th respondent and to restore the same in its original condition.
iii. Issue such other writ, order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case, for the ends of justice.
(SIC)
2. The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue appropriate direction to respondents 2 to 5 to act upon the complaint lodged by the 2nd petitioner against the alleged illegal conversion of paddy and wetland by the 6th respondent. Now when the mater came up for consideration, the counsel for the petitioners takes me through Ext.P11 produced along with IA No.1/2025. Ext.P11 is an order under Section 13 of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act . If that is the case, the writ petition need not be retained here.
3. If Ext.P11 became final, the statutory authorities will see that the same is implemented in accordance with law. I make it clear that if the 6th respondent is aggrieved by Ext.P11, he is free to challenge the same in accordance with law.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
