This writ appeal arises out of the judgment dated

06.01.2026 of the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)No.9502 of 2024. The appellant is the petitioner in W.P.(C)No.9502 of 2024.

2. Today, when this writ appeal came up for admission, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that certain mistakes have crept in while drafting the writ appeal. Therefore, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the writ appeal, without prejudice to her right to file a fresh writ appeal, with proper pleadings.

Based on the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to the aforesaid right of the appellant.
