JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“i.issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order quashing Ext-
P 7 demand/disconnection notice issued by the 3rd respondent.
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order directing the respondents No 3 not to disconnect the power supply to the petitioner, without re-computing the demands, if any, in the light of the directions contained in Ext-
P4, P5 and P6 judgments.”
2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire liability to the Board has been settled by making payment under the One Time Settlement Scheme. This is conceded by the learned Standing Counsel for the Board.
In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed as infructuous.
