This revision petition is filed against the order passed by the Family Court, Ernakulam in M.C. No.230/2006, directing the revision petitioner/husband to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,500/- per month to the first respondent/wife and Rs.1,000/- per month to the second respondent/son.

2. During the course of hearing, both sides submitted that the first respondent/wife remarried on 08.02.2018 and that the second respondent/son attained majority on 20.12.2023. It was further submitted that, till May 2018, the revision petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.2,000/- per month towards maintenance, in compliance with the interim direction of this Court. Both sides submitted that, in view of the above developments, the revision petition can be closed recording the said submissions.

3. After considering the submissions made by both sides, this revision petition is closed, recording the above facts. It is clarified that there shall be no recovery proceedings against each other under the above head.
