(C) No. 29243 of 2017 and WP

(C) No. 26965 of 2022, regarding a request from a registered trust to withdraw petitions, permitting future recourse if grievances arise. The court framed the issue as to the legitimacy of the withdrawal request, ultimately concluding that the petitions are dismissed, allowing the Trust to resubmit if necessary.

JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in both cases submits that a memo has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the writ petitions, with liberty to move again, if any further grievance arises in future.

Permission is granted and the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as referred to above.
