O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused in Crime No.510/2025 of Aroor Police Station, Alappuzha District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115(2) and 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 26.05.2025 at
7:30 p.m. due to the animosity towards the defacto complainant that his mother lodged complaint against the friend of the applicant, the applicant reached near to their house in Ullada Colony of Aroor. He wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant and beat on his left hand with an iron chain, causing fracture. He caught hold on the neck of the defacto complainant and hit on his body and thereby committed the offences.
