Dated this the 28^th day of January, 2026 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had already been acquitted by the trial court and as such this Crl.M.C has become infructuous and hence it can be dismissed.

In the light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as infructuous.
