ORDER

Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026 The accused persons 1 and 2 in Crime No.327 of 2022 of Thamarassery Police Station, filed this Crl.M.C praying for quashing Annexure A1 First Information Report in the above crime.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor upon instructions submitted that, in this case, the Police already completed the investigation and filed the Final Report and the said case is now pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Thamarassery, as C.C.No.200 of 2023.

In the light of the above submission, the Criminal Miscellaneous Case became infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to raise all contentions before the trial court.
