ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Crl.M.C, leaving open the option to raise all challenges before the Trial Court.

Permission granted.

The Crl.M.C stands closed as withdrawn.

The learned Magistrate shall grant permanent exemption to the petitioner to appear through counsel during the course of trial, except for those occasions where her presence is inevitable for the further progress of the trial.
