1. The grievance projected in this Writ Petition by the Petitioner, who is an LPG Dealer of the Respondent/Oil Company, is that the Petitioner received an oral communication from the officers of the Oil Company stating that the supply of LPG Cylinders will be stopped on account of the dispute between the Petitioner and the Respondent No.12 / landlord.

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent/Oil Company, on instructions, submitted that there will not be any disruption of supply of LPG Cylinders from the side of the Oil Company and that they have not given any communication to the Petitioner threatening to stop supply of LPG Cylinders.

3. In view of the said submission, there could not be any grievance for the Petitioner, and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of recording the said submission.
