JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:

“i.issue a writ of Certiorari or other appropriate writs, directions or orders calling for the records leading to Exhibit P-3 and to quash the same;

ii. Declare that the 1st respondent has no jurisdiction entertain a petition wherein the final order issued under Section 126 of the Indian Electricity Act , 2003 is under challenge and the only remedy of the 2nd respondent is to file an appeal under Section 127 of the Act;”

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire liability to the Board was cleared and that the Electricity Board had issued Ext.R2(a) ‘No dues Certificate’ dated 21.11.2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the entire liability is cleared.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed as infructuous.
