The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P2 representation dated 30.12.2016, in relation to the confiscation of the mobile phone on 22.12.2016 from the petitioner’s son by the

3rd respondent.

Going by the prayers sought in the writ petition, it appears that nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
