JUDGMENT

The petitioner has preferred I.A.No. 3 of 2025 seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition, stating that the pendency of the writ petition is standing in the way of consideration of the viable project submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner prays that the competent authority may consider the project proposed by the petitioner. Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
