ORDER
This review petition is filed to review the judgment dated 02.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.43698/2025.
2. This review petition is submitted mainly for the reason that there is a mistake in the relief portion of the writ petition regarding the survey number and village. I think this review petition can be allowed and the writ petition can be reconsidered afresh.
Granting liberty to the petitioner to amend the pleadings, this review petition is allowed, the judgment dated 02.12.2025 in W.P.(C) No.43698/2025 is recalled and the writ petition is restored.
