ORDER
Tr.P(C) No.137 of 2025 has been filed seeking transfer of GOP 2902/2022 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Pala. Tr.P(C) No.138 of 2025 has been filed seeking transfer of OP (Divorce) 2617/2022 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam to the Family Court, Pala. The petitioner in both these cases is the wife of the respondent. The respondent had entered appearance and submitted that he has no objection to the prayer being granted.
Having gone through the petitions, I am convinced that the transfer sought is to be granted. In the result, these petitions are allowed. GOP 2902/2022 and OP (Divorce) 2617/2022 pending before the Family Court, Ernakulam stand transferred to Family Court, Pala, for disposal.
