JUDGMENT
The above writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
1. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate action for removing earth deposited by the 6th respondent in the paddy land referred to in Ext.P2 complaint and facilitate flowing of rain water from the pathway and adjacent property.
2. Issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction directing the 2nd respondent not to e nature of the land of the 6th respondent invoking the provisions of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet Land Act 2008.
3. Petitioner also prays that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to dispense with the translation of the documents produced in the Vernacular Language
4. Grant such other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.
2. A detailed counter affidavit has been filed by the 6th respondent, wherein it is stated that two reports were filed by the Engineer and Secretary attached to the Grama Panachayat, wherein it is stated that the activities undertaken by the writ petitioner is the reason for water logging in the
