Last time when the matter came up, it was reported that the petitioner is no more and the matter was posted today to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to take necessary steps. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction. Therefore, this writ petition is closed without prejudice to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner, if any, to invoke necessary remedies.
