JUDGMENT

The 2^nd petitioner stated to be the elected Secretary of the SNDP Sakha Yogam Branch No.862, has approached this Court, pointing out that certain deposits were made in the 1^st respondent Bank and seeking a direction to permit the 2^nd petitioner to operate the accounts maintained by the 1^st petitioner, for which Exts.P6 and P7 representations have been filed before the 2^nd respondent herein.

2. Sri.Sabu George, the learned counsel for the petitioners would fairly point out that they are not in office at present and therefore, they have already filed a civil suit before the Munsiff Court, Aluva.

3. Sri.A.N. Rajan Babu, the learned counsel appearing for the 3^rd respondent, would further add that, at present, even the 3^rd respondent is not the convener of the advisory committee and a fresh convener has taken charge.

In the light of the afore, this writ petition would stand disposed of, without making any observations as regards the rival contentions and leaving open the contentions raised by either side, to be raised in the civil suit (O.S.No.413 of 2020)

pending before the Munsiff Court, Aluva.
