JUDGMENT

This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:

" 1 . Declare that the respondent is not entitled to carry on the retender on biased and unreasonable grounds.

2. Quash the operation of Exhibit P6.

3. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to uphold and take action immediately upon the prior tender and also to hand over possession of the auctioned room MLCC S.F 1 to the petitioner in the interest of justice;

4. Award costs of this petition."

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration on

10.06.2025, this Court passed the following order:

" The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, the auction pursuant to Ext.P1 notice has been cancelled by the 1^st respondent. Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any subsisting grievance or preferential claim over the shop room mentioned in the writ petition. He seeks time to file a statement.

Post on 24.06.2025. Interim order will continue till then."
