JUDGMENT
This Writ Petition (C) is filed seeking the following reliefs:
" 1 . Declare that the respondent is not entitled to carry on the retender on biased and unreasonable grounds.
2. Quash the operation of Exhibit P6.
3. Issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to uphold and take action immediately upon the prior tender and also to hand over possession of the auctioned room MLCC S.F 1 to the petitioner in the interest of justice;
4. Award costs of this petition."

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration on
10.06.2025, this Court passed the following order:
" The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that, the auction pursuant to Ext.P1 notice has been cancelled by the 1st respondent. Therefore, the petitioner cannot have any subsisting grievance or preferential claim over the shop room mentioned in the writ petition. He seeks time to file a statement.
Post on 24.06.2025. Interim order will continue till then."
3. In the light of the same, no further direction is necess
