JUDGMENT

These two Writ Petitions are connected and therefore, I am disposing of these two Writ Petitions by a common judgment.

2. The impugned orders in these cases are admittedly appealable orders. If that be the case, I am of the considered opinion that these Writ Petitions need not be retained here. The petitioners are free to agitate the same before the appropriate authority in accordance with the law.

3. At this stage, the counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that a breathing time may be given to approach the appellate authority. I think that prayer can be allowed.

Therefore, these Writ Petitions are disposed of.

The status quo as on today shall be continued for a period of one month.
