The court determined the petitioner’s writ petition does not require retention, allowing the opportunity for further action.

JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

“A.To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to consider Exhibit P3 to P7 representations letter filed by the petitioner before 1to 3 and 5 to 6 respondents at the earliest within a time limit framed by this Hon’ble High court.

B To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to respondents to stop the functioning of 12 above named private hospitals which are not having any valid license within a time, limit framed by this Hon’ble High court.

C To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.

D. To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case. ”

2. This writ petition was filed on 16.12.2024.

When this writ petition came up for admission before this Court on 18.12.2024, this Court directed petitioner to implead the affected parties, and also ordered to post this case when moved. Thereafter, the writ petition is moved today with an impleading petition. The impleading petition is already allowed by this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Panchayath submitted that the panchayath received another representation from the petitioner on 11.12.2024, which was considered and an order was passed and communicated to the petitioner.

4. If that is the case, I am of the considered opinion that this writ petition need not be retained here. If the petitioner has got any further fresh cause of action, the same is left open.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
