JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“A.To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to consider Exhibit P3 to P7 representations letter filed by the petitioner before 1to 3 and 5 to 6 respondents at the earliest within a time limit framed by this Hon’ble High court.
B To issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding to respondents to stop the functioning of 12 above named private hospitals which are not having any valid license within a time, limit framed by this Hon’ble High court.
C To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents.
D. To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case. ”
