When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri. K. Mohanakannan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submitted that the parties have managed to settle the issues, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner does not intend to pursue the reliefs prayed for in this Writ Petition.

In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed.
