Lack of representation by appellants leads to dismissal of appeal for non-prosecution.

Headnote:This court examined the appeal filed under MAT.APPEAL NO. 148 OF 2019 against the judgment and decree dated 26.09.2018 in OP NO.1514 OF 2013 of the Family Court, Chavara. The court found a lack of representation for the appellants during the hearings. Consequently, the court dismissed the appeal due to non-prosecution. The pivotal issues related to the representatives' absence, as noted by the court, led to its decision to dismiss the case.

Accordingly, it was adjourned to this day.
