JUDGMENT

1. The Petitioner is a widow. She has filed this Writ Petition challenging Ext.P12 and also seeking direction to the Respondent Bank to release the title deed deposited by her husband with the Bank to secure the housing loan availed by him, without demanding any further payment towards the said housing loan. Ext.P12 is the Communication issued by the Bank refusing the request of the Petitioner.
2. The Petitioner’s husband had availed a housing loan of Rs.50,00,000/- from the Respondent Bank as per Ext.P1 Arrangement Letter dated 06.06.2016. It is seen from the Ext.P1 Arrangement Letter that the total loan amount is worked out as Rs.52,64,000/-, which includes funding of home loan insurance cover of Rs.2,64,000/-.
