ORDER

The Criminal Miscellaneous case is filed to quash the Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No. 531/2022 registered by the Chottanikkara Police Station, Ernakulam, for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Section s 447 , 427, 341 and 294(b) r/w with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already filed the final report before the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate. Chottanikkara, Ernakulam and the case is numbered as C.C. No. 452/2022.

3. In the light of the above submission, this Crl.M.C. is dismissed, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to file a fresh Crl.M.C challenging the final report or to file an application for discharge before the Jurisdictional Court, provided the charges have not been framed.

The Registry is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Trial Court forthwith.
