JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“1. Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such other writs or orders directing the respondents 1-3 to cancel the building number issued to the building having No.16/21 of Kolazhy Panchayath.
2. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, equity and law. ”

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that, there is unauthorised construction from the side of the 4th respondent. The petitioner submitted Exts.P1 and P4 complaint before the 3rd respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider the same, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected parties.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3.
