When this writ petition came up for consideration, this Court referred the matter for mediation. Now both sides submitted that the matter is settled and a mediation agreement is also produced. If that is the case, no further direction is necessary.

Therefore, recording the mediation agreement, this writ petition is disposed of. The mediation agreement will form part of this judgment.
