JUDGMENT

The original petition has been filed seeking early disposal of I.A. No.6 of 2025 in O.S. No.138 of 2025 on the file of the Munsiff Court, Taliparamba. A report was called for through the Registry from the Judicial Officer. The Judicial Officer has submitted a report stating that six months’ time would be required to dispose of the I.A. It is submitted that the case now stands posted to 05.02.2026.

In the above circumstances, the original petition is disposed of, directing the Munsiff Court, Taliparamba, to pass orders, after hearing the parties, in I.A. No.6 of 2025 in O.S. No.138 of 2025 at the earliest and, at any rate, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, since it is submitted that the period of permit will expire in March.
