(C) NO. 29435 OF 2025 concerning the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969. The petitioner was allowed to resolve disputes with the Society under Section 69 of the Act. The court found it essential for the petitioner to file an application under the Act within a stipulated period. Thus, the ruling enables the petitioner to seek legal recourse in designated proceedings as determined by prior case law. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.

JUDGMENT

In the light of the issues raised herein, this writ petition will also stand disposed of in the light of the declaration of law by this court in the judgment dated 16.01.2026 in W.P.(C)No.33272/2025. Any dispute between the petitioner and the Society/Bank in this case will be adjudicated at the instance of the petitioner in proceedings under Section 69 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act , 1969 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘1969 Act’). Since this writ petition was pending before this court, the petitioner shall be permitted to file a suitable application under Section 69 of the 1969 Act before the competent authority within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.

The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
