JUDGMENT
Dated this the 16th day of January, 2026
1. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to de-freeze his account maintained with the 2nd respondent Bank.
2. The learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents submitted that the freezing was made on account of the suspicion on the part of the Bank and on receipt of the explanation from the petitioner, the Bank has effected de-freeze of his account and that the petitioner can operate the account.
3. Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed.
