This Contempt Case is filed against the interim order dated 03.07.2025 in W.P.(C.) No. 25950 of 2023. Admittedly, the writ petition is pending before this Court. If that is the case, a separate contempt petition need not be retained here. The contentions raised by the petitioner is left open. The petitioner is free to file an IA in the pending writ petition, if there is any violation. Granting liberty to the petitioner to do the needful, this contempt case is closed. All the contentions raised by the petitioner in this contempt case are left open.

With the above observation, this contempt case is closed.
