ORDER
This application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking regular bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.1 in Crime No.2318/2025 of Adoor Police Station, Pathanamthitta District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 296 (b), 115(2), 126(2), 351(3), 118(1), and 109(1) read with Section
3(5) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the applicant along with the remaining accused, in furtherance of their common intention to commit murder, on 07.11.2025 at 17.20 hours, at a place called Puthuval in Endiamangalam Village, had beaten the defacto complainant. The accused No.2 had beaten the defacto complainant with an iron pipe causing injuries to his head and neck.
