The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-1 FIR in Crime No.1218 of 2025 registered by the Kodungallur Police Station, Thrissur, alleging the commission of the offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the Investigating Officer has already filed a refer charge before the jurisdictional court stating that the dispute projected in the crime is of civil nature.

Recording the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is closed.
