JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers:-
“i) to issue a Writ of Certiorari or such other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Exhibit-P2 order No. DCKLM/14585/2025/M5 dated 19-01-2026 issued by the 1st respondent as it is arbitrary and illegal;
ii) to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction to the 1st respondent to allow the petitioner’s Bar hotel by name ‘Hotel Diamond Fort’ to function on 27-01-2026 since the hotel is located at a distance of 4 Kms. and 300 Mtrs. away from the temple;
iii) to issue such other appropriate Writ, Order or direction as is deemed just and necessary in the circumstances of the case. iv) It is humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispense with filing of the translation of vernacular documents.”
2. This Court had passed an interim order on 22.01.2026 staying the impugned order.
Accordingly, nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is closed as infructuous.
