All these writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to consider Ext.P2 applications filed by the petitioners herein opposing the settlement of timings sought by the 3rd respondent, in the timing conference scheduled on 03.02.2026.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioners have already preferred objections, the competent among the respondents 1 and 2 shall consider the petitioners' objections as well while settling the timings in respect of the stage carriage of the 3rd respondent.

The writ petitions are disposed of as above.
