JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“I. issue a writ of Mandamus or other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the 2nd respondents to include Exhibit P-1 application of regular permit submitted by the petitioner on the Route Vilangad- Kadavathur also in the next meeting of the 1st respondent scheduled to be held on 05-02-2026 and to pass an order on the said application within a time to be fixed by this Honb’le Court in the interest of justice. ; II. Render such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.”
2. Taking note of the fact that an application for a regular permit was filed only on 06.01.2026, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass orders in the application for a fresh regular permit within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
