JUDGMENT

The petitioner challenges Ext.P3 final assessment bill under Section 126 of the Electricity Act, 2003 . 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to pay the balance to make it 50% of the demand. On paying the same, the second respondent appellate authority shall number the appeal and pass orders on the same, in accordance with law.
