JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
“i) Issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ in the same nature, calling for records relating to Ext.P4 report and quash the same;
ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent, Regional Transport Authority, Kottayam to defer the decision making process of RTA, Kottayam as relating to the application for variation submitted by the 5th respondent included as item No.59 in the RTA meeting held on 03.07.2023 on the route Thekkemala-Kuzhimavu in respect of SC KL 34 F 8214, pending disposal of the writ petition;
iii) issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction, commanding the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection before taking a decision in item No.59 of the RTA meeting scheduled on 03.7.2023;
iv) dispense with English translation of vernacular documents;
v) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”
