JUDGMENT

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.

“i) Issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ in the same nature, calling for records relating to Ext.P4 report and quash the same;

ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1^st respondent, Regional Transport Authority, Kottayam to defer the decision making process of RTA, Kottayam as relating to the application for variation submitted by the 5^th respondent included as item No.59 in the RTA meeting held on 03.07.2023 on the route Thekkemala-Kuzhimavu in respect of SC KL 34 F 8214, pending disposal of the writ petition;

iii) issue a writ of mandamus or such other writs, order or direction, commanding the 1^st respondent to consider Ext.P4 objection before taking a decision in item No.59 of the RTA meeting scheduled on 03.7.2023;

iv) dispense with English translation of vernacular documents;

v) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Honourable Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.”
