JUDGMENT
The writ petition is filed with the following prayers.
i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order, directing the respondents l and 2 to comply Exhibit PS judgment of the Tribunal and pass orders as directed therein expeditiously at any rate within a time to be fixed by this Honble Court, in the interest of justice;
ii) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ direction or order, directing the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to continue the service on the varied route with halt at Vatakara in respect of stage carriage KL 56/ B 8089 on the route Chambola Harbour- Vatakara- Kozhikode till orders are passed in compliance with Exhibit P5 judgment in the interest of justice;
iii) To issue any other appropriate writ, direction or order which this Hon’ble Court deem fit in the circumstances of the case.
iv) To dispense with the filing of translation of vernacular documents;”
2. Taking note of the fact that Ext.P5 judgment of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal is dated 31.07.2025, there will be a direction to the competent among respondents 1 and 2 to pass orders, implementing the directions in Ext.P5, within one month f
