IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
SUSHRUT ARVIND DHARMADHIKARI, P. V. BALAKRISHNAN, JJ
JOSEPH FROID PERIARA – Appellant
Versus
THE KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD LIMITED – Respondent

Advocates:
For the Appellants/Petitioners: SRI.JOSE J.MATHAIKAL
For the Respondents: ADV.B.PRAMOD SC KSEB

O R D E R

P.V.BALAKRISHNAN,J Heard Adv.Sri.Jose J Matheikel, the learned counsel for the review petitioner.

2. The only ground urged by the learned counsel for the review petitioner is that punishment of compulsory retirement imposed with effect from 7.11.2014, being retrospective, is illegal and the same has not been considered by this Court while passing the judgment in the writ appeal.

3. But, we are afraid that the said contention has no legs to stand, since the afore findings has been recorded after considering the materials on record, including the fact that the co-delinquent and the review petitioner were imposed with a punishment of compulsory retirement from that date, originally by the disciplinary authority. Hence, we find no error apparent on the face of record warranting interference by invoking the review jurisdiction of this Court.

Ergo, this Review Petition is dismissed.
