The Court assessed the situation and allowed the petitioner to withdraw the petition, without prejudice, maintaining his civil remedies. The court recognized and maintained the rights and contentions of all parties involved, before dismissing the writ petition. The dismissal was ordered subject to the preservation of all rights.

JUDGMENT

[WP(C) Nos.19217/2025, 6426/2023]

In view of the fact that the respondents are disputing the quantum of the amount claimed by the petitioner towards the bill submitted by him for the work he had done, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to invoke his civil remedies.

Permission granted and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed subject to the above right and keeping all the contentions raised by all the parties open.
