O R D E R
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.2185/2025 of Angamaly Police Station, Ernakulam District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 281 and 125(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ BNS ’).
All these offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the bail application is closed with liberty to the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate Court and seek regular bail. If bail application is filed, the Magistrate Court shall grant him bail on such conditions as it deems fit.
