ORDER
This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the accused No.2 in Crime No.732/2025 of Elamakkara Police Station, Ernakulam District. The offences alleged are punishable under Section s 126 (2), 115(2), 109 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 .
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the applicant herein along with other accused persons with an intention to commit murder of the defacto complainant on 05.12.2025 in between 11:00 p.m. and 11:45 p.m., wrongfully restrained him. The accused No.1 slapped on his left cheek, then stabbed on his chest using a knife and thereby committed the above offences.
