ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail. The applicant is the accused No.1 in Crime No.1178//2025 of Kattakada Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram. The offence alleged is punishable under Section 85 read with Section 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023.

The Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the final report has already been filed. Hence, this bail application is disposed of, with liberty to the applicant to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate seeking regular bail.
