This application is filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, BNSS ), seeking pre-
arrest bail.
2. The applicant is the sole accused in Crime No.364/2024 of Thiruvambady Police Station, Kozhikode District. The offences alleged are punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 376(2)(j), 354C, 506, 366 and 328 of the India Penal Code.
3. I have heard Sri.Navaneeth N.Nath, the learned counsel for the applicant and Sri.K.A.Noushad, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor. Perused the case diary.
The learned Senior Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has already been filed. Hence, the bail application is closed.
